FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will the demo session last?

The demo will run for an hour and there will be an opportunity to ask questions during this time. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins.

What happens once I’ve registered?

You will be sent an email calendar invitation which will include your unique login credentials to the session. Please do not share the credentials as we’ll be setting up your profile in the OneRoom demo exclusively for you.

How do I access the session?

Please use the login URL in your calendar invitation which will take you to the lobby of the classroom. You will be asked to test your sound and audio. Once everyone has arrived you will be admitted into the room. 

Is there anything else I need to know?

We recommend that you use a Chrome browser and join the session with a headset complete with microphone to ensure the best possible experience.
